Steven Gald

VICE PRESIDENT, PUBLIC FINANCE

Mr. Gald has over 15 years of experience assisting California school districts in meeting their facilities funding needs.  Mr. Gald’s experience includes assisting school districts in the planning and implementation of comprehensive school facilities funding programs utilizing the issuance of GO Bonds, COPs, and Lease Revenue Bonds. In that time, Mr. Gald participated in hundreds of transactions generating over $1 billion dollars of school construction funding.
Additionally, Mr. Gald has specialized in assisting high growth school districts in the area of developer mitigation and the application of the Mello-Roos Act. Mr. Gald has acted as Special Tax Consultant and Community Facilities District Administrator.
Mr. Gald is regular speaker at the Collation for Adequate School Housing (CASH) and the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO). Mr. Gald is a Registered Municipal Financial Advisor. Mr. Gald holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the California State University at Long Beach.
